CF-WRUP V: Good play. Nice talk.

I'm ready go tonight. There's a party, alright. We don't need the raisin for joy, oh yeah. Tick down to midnight.

Yeah, aside from RPG maker, I've only heard of Goat Simulator- which I've never played personally, but I watch James and Mike Mondays (the AVGN guy with his friend) and they've played it and it was hilarious. Might want to have a few beers and invite a friend over for that one.

I can't play Edith Finch, because my PC lacks... a shader.

Probably something missing in either his video card or video drivers.

Yeah. More specifically, my graphics card/whatever has Shader Model 4, but the game needs Shader Model 5. I wouldn't have expected the game to require newer stuff, but there you go. I need a new computer about now, anyway. We'll see what happens with my taxes. Not sure what I want to play, though.

We built this city on Guac and Roll!

Edit: I really need to set up a controller. This game doesn't work well with keyboard. Especially, since I don't have a desk, and it's forcing me to use my keyboard at an odd angle.

If you have less than two hours playtime on the Steam version of Edith Finch, you could refund it and put the money towards the PS4 version. Keep in mind this probably doesn't work if you got the game via a bundle or off-Steam discount. Or just keep it and try again when you've got new hardware.

As of a year or so ago, Steam treats PS4 controllers as Steam controllers. So you should be able to just plug your PS4 controller in via USB and get most games working with it either right away or after some fiddling with the Steam controller configurations. How annoying this is might vary a lot by game.

I had to turn on PS4 Controller recognition, but it's working great. And, that extra roll on the right thumb stick will come in handy.

Hahaha! I'm not playing that.

I've stopped for now, but I'm playing Guacamelee!, and there is a section where you have to run from a dragon-like monster. You have to be pretty damn accurate to not get trampled, and I'm having trouble getting the swing of it. I think I spent my allotment of patience on that Meat Boy-esque puzzle below it.

Oh, that's odd! After I stopped playing Guacamelee, I checked for new videos on the cartoon site I go to, and a new anime showed up, so I decided to check it out like normal. No sound. So, I check another video; no sound. YouTube; no sound. I check connections, look around. Decided to check the Volume Mixer, and when I highlighted the icon, it said "wireless something-or-other". My computer was recognizing the controller still plugged in as a headset and pushing the playback through it. While playing the game, sound was working just fine, though. At least, within the game.

So I'm super happy because I had a great lunch break and the day was unseasonably warm and it put me in a good mood. So I was sitting in my work's courtyard rather than the break room and playing my phone games. Decided to try my orbs at the latest FE Heroes focus in pursuit of Myrrh, the dragon girl I mentioned before. Got her on the first try! Felt like intuition.

She's a flyer in addition to having the dragon type attack, so that gives her a disadvantage against archers, but she's also a unique unit because she's the only dragon like that.

Now imagine doing it without a guide, and with only two in-game set of directions, one of which takes you the wrong way!

Time difference can be a killer, but let me know your twitch channels and I'll be there if I can.

You should be able to catch John's stream, no problem. He streams pretty late by US time. About 6pm Pacific Time (CA/OR/WA/Del Time).

Edit: So, about 3pm your time.

John is at TheirStar, I'm at (for some raisin) CaffeineFueled. I registered the account years ago, don't ask me why it's called that, only Past Del has those answers.

I don't have my setup figured out yet so any schedule will come afterwards. John be on when John be on, only Present John has those answers.

WOW Twitch app. I searched for TheirStar and it comes up with a list of channels with 300k+ followers and "The" in the title. How about what I typed!?

Whoa you're streaming right now! Shame I'm at work :pac

--edit--
I followed you both with my secondary "this is for the notifications" account. Yes I realise I could just curate that as a setting on my main Twitch account, but whatever, I have two now. My notification account is KOFAngelBAE and the one I will actually show up under is BlueMaryLove.

If you can't tell, KOF'98 UM OL is what drew me to actually sign up to Twitch instead of just being a ghost viewer.
