Heh, yeah, it's usually just part of the supplemental comics and stuff, though sometimes there are in-game hints, like that photo of 76 and his boyfriend might be on a wall somewhere. But there are occasional PVE missions with a story focus (and there's a new one of these coming up for Ana and 76) so maybe it'll get a nod in-game eventually.

Folks with sharper eyes and better memories than mine spotted a hint at this in a comic from two years ago, so it's not even really a totally new lore nugget, just a new confirmation, I guess.

Tracer has a line in King's Row where she wonders if she'll have time to visit Emily while in the area, but again, unless you read the comics you have no idea Emily is her girlfriend.

Since you prob want to rep them picking characters you play should be more highly rated, so S76, Mei, Pharah, Torbjorn would be my other picks for you. Also depends if you have skins you super like on your mains already. D.VAs one is too in character for me (doesn't really stand out so much), and Junkrat's shorts are a little too subtle.

My boyfriend is a pretty big gamer. When I first met him I wasn't very into video games, but he introduced me to them, and it's become something we like to do together. In particular, we like to play Overwatch together and usually play some games of it every few days. So, it's a pretty big thing for us. The problem started today when he heard that Blizzard made a character, Soldier 76, gay in the game's story. It doesn't actually change anything about the gameplay, and I personally don't care at all.

For some raisin he's really mad about it. He keeps talking about how Blizzard "sold out," and saying that he can't support a company that "betrays their fans." He said he won't play the game anymore, which makes me pretty unhappy because it's something I really like to do with him. Am I being unreasonable? I know there are other games we could play, but Overwatch is the only one I'm any good at, so I don't really want to abandon my favorite game.

TLDR: Boyfriend is quitting Overwatch, which we play together, because a character is gay
