The talk about Control on Waypoint Radio 259 is so good, like you can feel how everything they're saying is getting Austin more and more in on it. I have the game and am really looking forward to playing it.

yeah everything I've seen and heard of Control sounds amazing, plus Alan Wake owned, so it's probably 100% my shit, especially if it's trending more X-Files this time around

...unfortunately, I'm not sure anything I own is capable of running it acceptably. it's gonna be chunky on my PS4 for sure and probably on my PC as well since I still haven't upgraded beyond i5/960. Maybe further patches will help.

Yeah they play a bit on the monster UPF aswell (at the end) but unsurprisingly they're not as trolly as a certain Dan. I did enjoy Alex coming around on this one though, seemed like he was pretty frustrated early on.

Man as bad as that WWE game looks, the story mode is doing its best to hook me in. Like, I know the story is bad, and the gameplay is bad, and the game is full of bugs, but part of me is like "yeah but you haven't played a wrestling game since PS1 and you can prob headcanon some fun stuff with this fiction and ..."

I'm trying to convince myself to wait till it (maybe) gets patched into being less buggy, and also drops low in price but I still kinda want it lol. There's never been good options on PC. For a while I was real sad that UFC refused to make a PC version, but now I don't know that I want people actually punching the crap out of each other, I want fake BS and poorly thought out storylines.

Maybe I should just watch actual wrestling.
